Step-by-step explanation:

for partial darivative to w.r.t. to x ,treat x as a constant

F(x,y)=(1+xy+3x^2y+4xy^2)

so,

dy/dx=d(F(x,y))/dx

= 0+ x + 3x^2+4x(2y)

= x + 3x^2+8xy

d2y/dx2=1+0+8x

=1+8x
