or,

Multiplying with m on both sides , we get :-

mgh^{'} = mg - \frac{2mgh}{R}

So,

% increase in weight =  \frac{mg - mg_{h} }{R} * 100

\frac{2mgh}{R}  = m(\frac{g-g_{h} }{g} ) * 100

After cancelling 'm' from both sides, we get :-

\frac{2h}{R}  = \frac{g-g_{h} }{g} * 100

\frac{2*32}{6400} *100

⇒ 1 %
