we know that diameter is decreased by 25% therefore the diameter is equals to that is B equals to d - 25% of d and then you will get the radius that is R1 as three by four r and then take out the surface area of the original and surface area of the increased and then use the formula increased or decreased percentage is equals to increase or decrease percentage / original value x 100
