What are the units of mass??
Let unit of mass kg

K.E = 0.5 mv^2
= 0.5 × 60 × (25 × 10^-2)^2
= 1.875

Percentage error is calculated as
ΔK.E = K.E × [Δm/m + 2Δv/v] × 100
= 1.875 × [0.3/60 + (2 × 0.1/25)] × 100
= 2.4375%

Percentage error in kinetic energy is 2.4375%
