here is your answer

perimeter of quarter of a circle= 2r+ 2πr*tetha/360

2 \times 7 + 2 \times 7 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times  \frac{90}{360}  \\  = 14 + 44 \times  \frac{1}{4}  \\  = 14 + 11 \\  = 25 \: cm

area

 =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 7 \times 7 \times  \frac{90}{360}  \\  = 22 \times 7 \times  \frac{1}{4}  \\  = 5.5 \times 7 \\  = 38.5
