The slant length can be taken as hypotenuse of base 6-5 = 1cm

                                                                        and lenght 3-2= 1cm

hypotenuse= \sqrt{1^{2}+1^{2}  }

                   = \sqrt{1+1}

                   = √2cm

So the perimeter of the figure is

3+5+√2+2+6
