Given :-

• The length of the rectangle = 70m

• The breath of the rectangle = 40.5m

Solution :-

Here ,

Length = 70m and Breath = 40.5m

As we know that ,

Perimeter of rectangle = 2( l + b)

Perimeter of rectangle = 2 ( 70 + 40.5 )

Perimeter of rectangle = 2 * 110.5

Perimeter of rectangle = 221m

Thus, The perimeter of rectangle is 221m

Now,

As we know that,

Area of rectangle = length * Breath

Area of rectangle = 70 * 40.5

Area of rectangle = 2835m^2.

Formula kept in Mind :-

• Area of rectangle = Length * Breath

• Perimeter of rectangle = 2( l + b)

Answer:

Perimeter of a rectangle= 2×(l+b)

so,. 2×(70+40.5)

= 2×110.5

Ans= 221 m

Area of Rectangle=l×b

so, 70×40.5

= 2835 m
