12/2+1 on taking LCM will be 14/2 I.e. 7m

similarly 5/5+1 will be 10/5 I.e 2 m

perimeter= 2(l+b) = 2(7+2) = 18 m

Area = l×b = 7×2 = 14 m

if one flower bed is 1 m so 4 flower beds = 4 m
