length of rectangular plot = 83/4 cm
Breadth........................ plot = 41/ 2 cm
Perimeter = 2(l + b)
= 2 ( 83/4+41/2)
= 2 ( 83+82/4)
= 2. x. 165/4
= 82.5 cm ( perimeter)
Area of rectangle = ľ. x. b
= 83/4 x 41/ 2
=425.375 cm sq. (Area)
