Hey MATE!

Perimeter of triangle with all sides equal is given by => 3a

Therefore, perimeter of triangle with side 4cm
= > 3(4) = 12 cm

Area of equilateral triangle is given by :
 \frac{ \sqrt{3}  {a}^{2} }{4}   \\  \\   =  > \frac{ \sqrt{3}  \times {4}^{2}  }{4}  \\  \\  =  > 4 \sqrt{3}  {cm}^{2}
