find the perimeter and area of rectangle whose length is 4 more than it's breath and breath being 98cm.​

Breadth = 98cm, length = 98+4 = 102

a) Perimeter = 2(l+b)

                     = 2(98+102)

                     =2(200)

                     = 400 cm

b) Area = l * b

             =98 * 102

             = 9996cm^{2}

The length is 4 more than breadth. So,

The length - 98+4=102cm

The breadth - 98cm

So perimeter- 2×(l+b)

2×(102+98)

2×200

=400cm

Area= L×B

102×98

9996 sq.cm
