this opposite side to 3 can be taken as x

fill in the x with 1  now add them

6+1+3+6=16

so formula of perimeter for rect.

= 2*(l*b)

= 2*(16+10)

=2*26

=52

now the area

formula for area of rect.

= l*b

16*10

=160
