The perimeter of the triangle is 24 feet.

The area of the triangle is 24 feet².

• Given data :

The length of the three sides of the right angle triangle are 6 feet, 8 feet, 10 feet.

•So,the perimeter of the given right angle triangle will be :

= length of first side + length of second side + length of third side

= 6+8+10

= 24 feet (answer)

• Now,the hypotenuse of this triangle will be the 10 feet side because the square value of this side is equal to the sum of the squares of other two sides which satisfies the Pythagoras theorem.

(10²=100=6²+8²=36+64).

• So,the rest two sides will be the height and base of the triangle.

(now, among the rest two sides we can assume the base and height in any order because the ultimate value of area will remain same for both assumptions)

• So,the area will be ;

= ½ × (base × height)

= ½ × (6×8)

= ½×48

= 24 ft²

The area of the given triangle is 24 ft². (Answer)
