i)

Perimeter of a circle=2πr

 \implies \: perimeter \: of \: semi \: circle \\  = \pi \: r

radius of the circle =6cm

peimeter \: of \: the \: figure \\  = \pi \: r + 2r \\  = 3.14 \times 3 + 2 \times 3 \\  = 9.42 + 6  \\  = 15.42cm

ii)

radius of the semi- circles= 8cm

breadth of the rectangle=3cm

perimeter of the figure= πr + πr + 2b

 \implies \: perimeter  = 2\pi \: r + 2b \\  = 2 \times 3.14 \times 8 + 2  \times 3 \\  = 50.24 + 6 \\  = 56.24cm
