Using Pythgoras Theorem

=Hypotenuse = height+base

 =  {10}^{2}  =  {8}^{2}  +  {x}^{2}  \\  \\  = 100 = 64  + x \\  \\  = 100 - 64 = x \\  \\  = x = 36 \\  \\  =  {x}^{2}  =  {6}^{2}  \\  \\  = x = 6cm

Finding Perimeter -

= 2(8+6)
