then base = perpendicular.
let base = x cm
area = 1/2 × x × x= 100
x^2 =100
x= 10√2 cm
then the length of the hypotenuse =√x^2 +x^2 = √2 x^2 = √2x
hypotenuse = √2 ×10√2 = 20 cm
thus the perimeter of the triangle
=10√2 + 10√2+ 20
=20√2+20
=20 (√2+1)
