Heya!

Given that,

Radius of circle ( r ) = 3.5 cm

Perimeter of quarter of circle = ?

Note: Figure is shown in the attachment.

Solution:-

We have,

Perimeter of circle = 2πr

=>Perimeter of quarter of circle :

= 2πr/4 = πr/2 and π= 22/7 = 3.14

Now,

Perimeter of quarter of circle = πr/2 +2r

=>Perimeter of quarter of circle:

= 3.14 ×3.5/2 +2×3.5

= 5.495 + 7.0

= 12.495 cm

Hope It Helps!

Solution :

radius of the circle ( r ) = 3.5 cm

Perimeter of the quarter circle ( P )

= πr/2 + 2r

= ( 22/7 ) ( r/2 ) + 2r

= ( 11/7 + 2 )r

=[ ( 11 + 14 )/7 ]r

= ( 25/7 ) r

= ( 25/7 ) × 3.5

= 25 × 0.5

= 12.5 cm
