length=1.5m=150cm
so, the perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)
=2(150+50)
=2(200)
=400cm

hope it helps.

We know that perimeter of a rectangle is equals to two times the sum of its length and it's breadth.
P = 2 * ( Length + Breadth ), where ' P ' is the perimeter of rectangle

Information provided to us:
Length of the rectangle, l = 1.5 m = ( 1.5 * 100 ) cm = 150 cm
Breath of the rectangle, b = 50 cm

Hence,

Perimeter of the rectangle = 2 ( l + b )
= 2 ( 150 + 50 )
= 2 * 200
= 400 cm
