Perimeter of a rectangle= 2(length+breadth)

Diagonal=

 \sqrt{ {l}^{2} +  {b}^{2} }

Put values;

 41 =  \sqrt{ { 40}^{2}  +  {b}^{2} }

 {41}^{2}  -  {40}^{2}  =  {b}^{2}

81 =  {b}^{2}

 \sqrt{ {9}^{2} }  =  {b}^{2}

b = 9

So, perimeter= 2(40+9)

=98cm
