Given :

  • Length \leadsto 150cm
  • Breadth \leadsto 100m

To find :

  • We have to find the Perimeter of Rectangle

Solution :

We have to find the Perimeter of the Rectangle to find it we have to use the formula of it and here we can also see clearly that both the units are different So, first we have make them equal after making them equal we can find the Perimeter So, Let's Solve!

{\underline{\underline{\green{\mathfrak{As \ we \ know \ that}}}}}

\;\boxed{\sf{\pink{1_{\:(m)} = 100{\:(cm)}}}}

\;\boxed{\sf{\purple{Perimeter_{\:(rectangle)} = 2 \times Length + Breadth}}}

: \implies 100m \times 100

: \implies 10,000cm

Now, we have made both the units the same so we can find out Perimeter now

: \implies 150cm and 10000cm

: \implies 2 \times 10,150cm

: \implies {\underline{\underline{\boxed{\pink{\mathfrak{20,300 \ cm}}}}}}

•°• Hence, verified! that the Perimeter of Rectangle is 20,300cm

Answer:

\pink{Question}

Find the perimeter of a rectangle whose length and breadth are 150 cm and 100 m respectively.

\purple{Given}

⇝Length = 150 cm

⇝Breadth = 100 m

\orange{To\:Find}

The perimeter of the rectangle.

\blue{Conversation\:of\:m\:to\:cm}

= 1 m = 100 cm

= 100 m = 100 × 100 = 10000 cm

Now we can see both our length and breadth have same units i.e. 150 cm & 10000cm

\green{Formula}

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l + b)

\pink{Solution}

Length = 150 cm

Breadth = 100 m

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l + b)

= 2 ( 150+10000)

= 2(10,150)

= 20,300

° The perimeter of rectangle is 20,300 cm
