Perimeter of a Rectangle is 2(L+B)

L = x² + y² = (x+y)²

B = 2xy

Perimeter = 2[(x+y)²+ 2xy]

2x² + 2y² + 4xy

OR

2(x×x) + 2(y) + 4(y)
