perimeter of a rectangle = 2(l+b)

=2×[(5a-3b+c) + (4a+4b-3c)]

=2×(5a-3b+c+4a+4b-3c)

=2×(5a+4a-3b+4b+c-3c)

=2×(9a+b-2c)

=(2×9a)+(2×b)-(2×2c)

=18a+2b-4c
