Given :-

  • A rectangular field whose length and breadth are 33/2 meter and 51/4 meter respectively

To find :-

  • Perimeter of a rectangle

Solution :-

  • Length of rectangle = 33/2m

  • Breadth of rectangle = 51/4 m

As we know that

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l + b)

Where " l " is length and " b " is breadth of rectangle.

Now, according to question

→ Perimeter of rectangle

→ 2(l + b)

Substitute the values of length and breadth

→ 2(33/2 + 51/4)

→ 2(66 + 51/4)

→ 2 × 117/4

→ 117/2

→ 58.5 m

Hence,

  • Perimeter of rectangle = 58.5

AnswEr :-

  • Perimeter of the rectangle is 58.5 metres.

Given :-

  • Length and breadth of a rectangular field are 33/2m and 51/4m respectively.

To Find :-

  • Perimeter of the rectangle.

SoluTion :-

Here,

  • Lengh of the rectangle = 33/2m
  • Breadth of the rectangle = 51/4m

As we know that perimeter of the rectangle is :-

2 (l + b)

where,

  • l = length
  • b = breadth

According to question :-

Perimeter = 2 (l + b)

2 {33/2 + 51/4}

2{ (66 + 51)/4 }
