Let the width be x
Length will be 4x

Area is 20736 sq.m

Area is = l×b

4x × x = 20736m^{2}

 4x^{2} = 20736

x^{2} = \dfrac{20736}{4}

x^{2} = 5184

x = √5184

x = 72m

width = 72m
length = 288m

Perimete = 2(l+b)

2(288+72)

2×360

perimeter = 720m

hey
_______

width be x
lenght be 4x

•area of rectangle = l*b

20736=4x*x
20736/4=x^2
√5184=x
(2*2)(2*2)(2*2)(9*9)=x
2*2*2*9=x
72=x

•breadth =72
•length=72*4=288

•perimeter=2*(l+b)
=2*(72+288)
=720m

hope helped
