Answer:

Perimeter of rectangular field is 864 cm.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let breadth of rectangular field  = x cm.

Here it is given that length is 3 1/2 =(7/2) times it's breadth

SO, Length of rectangular field = 7/2 of x= 7x/2 cm.

Area of a rectangular field  = 32,256 sq.cm.

Area of rectangle = length   × breadth

                    32256 = (7x/2) × x

            (32256 × 2 ) / 7 = x^{2}

              64512/7 = x^{2}

               9216= x^{2}

                  x= \sqrt{9216}= 96 cm.

Length of rectangular field = ( 7 × 96) /2=672 / 2=336 cm.

Breadth of rectangular field = 96 cm.

Perimeter of rectangle = 2 (length + breadth)

                                      = 2 ( 336 + 96)

                                      = 2× 432=864 cm.
