let the number be x .
area= sXs
xXx=x2

but the area is given which is equal to 625 CM .
x to the power 2 is equal to 625.

 {x }^{2}  = 625
x =  \sqrt{625}
x = 25
the sides are 25 CM.
therefore perimeter
 = 25 \times 4
=100
