First find length of each sides of ∆
Let A( 4 , 0) B(0, 0) and C (0 , 3)

use distance formula,
AB =√(4²+0) =4
BC= √(0+3²) = 3
CA =√(4²+3²) =5

now ,
perimeter of ∆ = 3 + 4 + 5= 12 unit
