Area is given by
 \frac{1}{2}  \times base \times height
For an Isosceles Triangle, base = height.
Therefore (base^2)/2 = 200
Therefore Base = root(400) = 20.
Perimeter = base + height + hypotenuse.
Hypotenuse = root (base^2+height^2)
Therefore, hypotenuse = root(400+400) = 20root(2)
Therefore perimeter is 20+20+20root2=40+20root2=68.28cm
