Answer:

60 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

area = (b*a)/2

as the traiangle is isoceles therefore b=a

=> area = (b*b)/2

=> 200 = (b*b)/2

=> b = 20

now

perimeter = 2a

=> 3× 20

=> 60 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

area of right angle isosceles triangle = 1/2 ×a×a

=> 1/2 a^2 = 200

=> a^2 = 200×2

=> a= √400

=> a= 20cm

base and height both are 20cm.

hence we know that,

Pythagoras theorem:-

H^2 = P^2 + B^2

H^2 = 20^2 + 20^2

H = √(400×2)

H = 20√2cm

hence perimeter is

a =20cm , b= 20cm and c = 20√2cm

p = a+b+c

p = 20+20+20√2

p = 40 + 20×1.414

p = (40 + 28.28)cm

p = 68.28cm
