Step-by-step explanation:

as it is an isosceles triangle so 2 sides will be equal which are 7

as it is a right angled triangle so we can find the hypotunese by pythagoreous theorem ( we were sure that the 2 equal sides are other than hypotinese because base and perpendicular can be equal but hypotunese is always the longest side )

so by pythagoreous theorem

h =√7^2 +7^2

h=√49+49

h=√98

h=√49×2

h=7√2

perimeter of triangle = sum of all three sides

=7+7+7√2

=14+7√2

(as we can not add rational and irrational no )
