The perimeter of isosceles triangle is-

                              P = 2a + b

    where a = euqal side and  b= diffrent side

According to question,

           a = 8.5 cm            b = 7cm

               ⇒  P = 2 × 8.5 + 7

                    P = 17 + 7

                    P = 24 cm

So , the perimeter of an isosceles triangle with equal sides 8.5cm each and third side 7 cm​ is 24 cm
