3 a. Given:- diameter = 21m

So, radius = 21/2 = 10.5m

Now, Perimeter of a semi-circle = radius×(π+2)

= 10.5 × (22/7 + 2)

= 10.5 × (22+14/7)

= 10.5 × (36/7)

= 1.5 × 36

= 54m
