=2×22/7×2.1

2×22×0.3

44×0.3 =13.2

therefore perimeter of total figure is 13.2 metre

as 1/4th part is missing,3/4 part is present

there fore 13.2 ×1/4=3.3m

13.2m - 3.3m =9.9m
