I'm an isosceles triangle two sides are of theame length. Here the sides of the triangle are 10cm, 10cmand 6cm

By adding all the sides we get the perimeter i. e. 10cm+10cm+6cm=26cm

This the perimeter is 26cm

\sf{\huge{\underline{\orange{Given :-}}}}

  • An isosceles triangle of equal sides measures 10 cm.

  • The third side measure 6 cm.

\sf{\huge{\underline{To\:find :-}}}

  • The perimeter of isosceles triangle.

\sf{\huge{\underline{\green{Solution :-}}}}

\setlength{\unitlength}{1 cm}\begin{picture}(0,0)\thicklines\qbezier(1, 0)(1,0)(3,3)\qbezier(5,0)(5,0)(3,3)\qbezier(5,0)(1,0)(1,0)\put(2.85,3.2){$\bf A$}\put(0.5,-0.3){$\bf C$}\put(5.2,-0.3){$\bf B$}\end{picture}

We know , the perimeter of isoscales triangle

  • One side = 10 cm

  • Second side = 6 cm

The perimeter of isosceles triangle = ( 2a + b )

➝ 2 × 10 + 6

➝ 20 + 6

26 cm
