Let ABC is an issoceles right triangle, right angled at B.
Therefore, AB = BC = x (say)
From Pythagoras theorem
AB^2 + BC^2 = AC^2
√x^2 + x^2 =AC
AC = x√2

Ar(∆ABC) = 1/2 × AB × BC
100 = 1/2 × x^2
x = √200
x = 10√2

AB = 10√2
BC = 10√2
AC = (10√2)√2. [AC = x^2]
= 20
Perimeter = 10√2+ 10√2 + 20
= 20(√2+1)
