breadth = 4.3 cm = 43 / 10 cm


Perimeter = 2 ( l + b )


= 2 ( 11 / 2 + 43 / 10 )


= 2 ( 55 + 43 / 10 )


= 2 ( 98 / 10 )


= 98 / 5


= 19.8 cm
