find the perimeter of semi circle whose diameter is 10 cm

Diameter is 10cm
radius is 10/2 =5cm
The perimeter of semi circle is half of the circle
and perimeter of circle is known as circumference
circumference is 2πr/2
=2x3.14x5/2
=10x3.14/2
=31.4/2
=15.7cm
