The diameter of the circle = 20 cm

So, its radius = 20/2 = 10 cm

Given figure is a semicircle

Perimeter =

2\pi \: r \div 2 = \pi \: r

= 3.14 X 10

= 31.4 cm

The perimeter of given figure

\pi \: r  + d

where d is diameter of the circle.

so,

\pi \: r + d \\  = 31.4 + 20 \\  = 51.4 \: cm

The perimeter of the given figure = 51.4 cm
