Perimeter of a circle =

2\pi \times r

Diameter =2 times radius

Then the perimeter of a semicircle is

\pi \times r  + d

Reason:- 2 numerator and 2 denominator cuts each other, making them 1, so this is the equation

{\large{\underbrace{\sf{\purple{Required / Answer}}}}}

Diagram :: refer to the attachment !!

\longrightarrow Diameter = 10 cm

\longrightarrow Radius = 10/2 = 5 cm

\bigstar{\large{\underline{\boxed{\frak{\purple{According \ to \ the \ question,}}}}}}

Perimeter of figure = Circumference of semicircle + diameter

\longrightarrow πr + D

\longrightarrow \sf{ \dfrac{22}{7} \times 5 + 10 =  \dfrac{110}{7}+10}

\longrightarrow  \sf{\dfrac{110+70}{7} =  \dfrac{180}{7}  = 25.71}

\therefore The perimeter of the given figure is 25.71 cm.
