take them as 2 half circle and 1 recangle
Perimeter of a rectangle = 2(l+b)
=2(16+3)
=38 cm
Perimeter a circle = 2 π r
=2 × 3.14 × 8 (diameter = 16
so radius =16/2)
=50.24cm
area of that figure =area of rectangle+area of a circle
=50.24cm + 38 cm
=88.24 cm
Perimeter of a rectangle = 2(l+b)
=2(16+3)
=38 cm
Perimeter a circle = 2 π r
=2 × 3.14 × 8 (diameter = 16

=50.24cm
area of that figure =area of rectangle+area of a circle
=50.24cm + 38 cm
=88.24 cm
