Here is ur answer:

For rectangle

l = 17m

b = 5 m

For semicircle

d = 17

r = \frac{17}{2}

Perimeter of figure = sum of all side

Perimeter of figure = length + breadth + breadth + circumference of semicircle

Perimeter of figure = 5 + 5 + 17 + πr

Perimeter of figure = \:27  + 3.14 \times \frac{17}{2} \\ \\ Perimeter of figure =27 + 3.14 \times 8.5 \\ \\ Perimeter of figure =27 + 26.69 \\ \\ Perimeter of figure =53.69cm
