SOLUTION

Given,

Area= 2.89

We know that area of square= a^2

=) a^2 = 2.89

=) a= √2.89

=) a= 1.7m

Now, perimeter of square= 4× a(side)

=) (4× 1.7)m

=) 6.8 m

hope it helps ☺️

\huge\underline\mathfrak\red{Solution}

•Given-Area=2.89 sq meter

•To find-\bold{Perimeter}

\bold{Area\:of\:Square} = a^2

 {a}^{2} = 2.89

a =  \sqrt{2.89}

a = 1.7 \:  {m}

Now \bold{Perimeter\:of\:square} =4×Side

4 \times 1.7 = 6.8 \: m

\huge\boxed{Perimeter=6.8\:m}
