$perimeter \: of \: figure \: = 4(circumference \: of \: semicirles) \\ = 4(2\pi \:r) \\ = 4(2 \times 22 \div 7 \times 7) \div 2 \\ = 2(2 \times 22) \\ = 2 \times 44 \\ = 88cm$
hence the perimeter of figure is 88cm
