formula for diagonal of a rectangle

= d= root(l ^2 + b^2)

= 10cm = root (l^2 + 36cm^2)

Squaring both sides,

=100cm^2 = l^2 + 36cm^2

= l^2 = 64cm^2

= l = 8cm

Perimeter

= 2(l+b)

= 2(8cm + 6cm)

= 2(14cm)

=28cm
