find the perimeter of the parallelogram PQRS if Lenght is 12cm and Breadth 7cm

Perimeter = 2 ( l + b )

= 2 ( 12 + 7 )

= 2 ( 19 )

= 38 cm Ans.

PERIMETER OF ANY FIGURE IS THE SUM OF IT'S SIDES ........

opposite sides of parallelogram are congruent.

in parallelogram there are two lengths ,therefore, 2*12=24...

and there are two breadths, therefore, 2*7=14


Now perimeter of parallelogram is equal to 24+14=38.......
