find the perimeter of the rectangle whose sides measure 8 cm and 3cm​

Given,

L= 11 cm

,B= 7 cm

Formula for finding area of rectangle = L×B

Substituting the value-

=(L × B)

=(11 × 7) cm

77 cm²

Given-

length of rectangle is 11cm

breadth of rectangle is 7cm

Solutions -

.we know,

perimeter of rectangle is 2( length +breadth)

hence,required perimeter =2(11+7)cm

ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ=36cm

also,Area of rectangle = length × breadth

hence, required Area= 11×7

ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ=77cm²
