perimeter of rectangle : 2 × ( l + b )

= 2 × ( 2p2q2 - 3pq + 4 + 5 + 7pq - 3p2q2)

= 2×( 2p +2q+2-3p+q+4+7p+q-3p+2q+2)

=2×( 2p-3p +7p-3p +2q+q+q+2q+2+4+2)

=2×(3p+6q+7)

=2×3p =6p

2×6q=12q

2×7=14

perimeter of rectangle is = 6p+12q+ 14
