perimeter of shaded region = perimeter of big semi circle - perimeter of small semi circle

perimeter of big semi circle = pie×r

= 22/7×14

=44 cm

perimeter of small semi circle = pie × r

= 22/7×7/2

=11 cm

perimeter of shaded region = 44-11 = 33 cm
