Answer:

Perimeter for a circle means circumference.

Figure A is a sector so

 \frac{90}{360}  \times \pi {r}^{2}

 \frac{1}{4}  \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 21 \times 21

 \frac{11 \times 21 \times 3}{2}

 \frac{693}{2}  = 346.5 \:  {m}^{2}

Figure B

is whole circumference - sector

\pi {r}^{2}  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 0.7 \times 0.7

 = 1.54 \:  {m}^{2}

 \frac{90}{360} \times  \frac{22}{7}   \times 0.7 \times 0.7

 = 0.385

1.54 - 0.385 \\  = 1.155 \:  {m}^{2}
