therefore

therefore the circumference us 13.2 m
therefore ¾ circumference
$= \frac{3}{4} \times 13.2 \\ = 3 \times 3.3 \\ = 9.9 \: m$
9.9 + 2.1 + 2.1 = 14.1 m

therefore the perimeter is 14.1 m
